Do you know what, I hate having to be restrained, people have come online to get the best out of exercise if they are doing stuff wrong, they should be told. Why do we all pretend to be nice online, if people get offended by what people who they don't know think then they should NOT be online!

I do the 30 day shred but I do each level, each day, so I work out for 60 minutes. 10lb BUT I have started regular exercise of 30 day shred, I have at the moment put nearly a pound back on.................I was told this is because I am retaining water and it would fall off if I push through....hope this is right as I have a shopping spree backing on reaching this goal!

Do you know what....I saw this thread and I commented that if I did this I would end up killing myself! Well this week I have burned nearly 3000 calories! So I can do this! Thank you for making me realise this is attainable.

A newly found fact for me is that you weigh more during your TOM! It depends on your fitness level, I have just started 30 day shred. Whereas I agree it will work, I started on level three as I don't feel a real burn on 1 and 2, I did all three levels today and felt the burn! I didn't end up with a soaking wet top or even in a patchy top, but I certainly feel like I have worked out.
