Weighed myself today for the final time until September 1st. As suspected I got rid of those 2lb and am now square on 140lb! So I am raring to go for my challenge which is in my signature. Anyone else wanting to join in this month? After the fourth day with no caffine I am sure I am going to need lots of moral support!

Wow, this thread has given me so many ideas. I have over 1100 calories spare tonight so I added some sauce to the potatoes and am baking it in the oven. Still have 1000 calories remaining so I may even have a treat tonight. But don't know what to have now. Any good desserts out there?

I don't know any alternatives BUT I do know there is a herb you can by from a herbalists which if you take when you eat chocoloate it makes it taaste DISGUSTING! You wont see you losing weight...you see you everyday, therefore its very hard to tell. However, others like us can. If your scales are going down but your confidence is not going up it maybe worth looking at why. xx

Disagree completely. Shopping is expensive as you make it. You could invest in a few seeds and grow your own fruit and veg to cut down costs. Granted junk food is cheap, but so is fruit! It's just junk food tastes soooooo much better when you feel rubbish :)

I can 100% relate, prior to having my children I was anorexic, I used every technique under the sun to avoid eating. I would even eat and them go and throw up afterwards just to please my friends at the time! There will be very little you can do! Bump.....I too under-eat, but I do mine on purpose!! In fact tonight I am toying with whether to have dinner because if I eat any more than 1000 calories I feel seriousy guilty! If I have dinner I will be still be under my daily allowance as I burned 450 calories off, but the guilt is already getting me!!!

All my hubbys exes have been curvy - large. Yet when he met me I weighed SEVEN STONE! I put weight on after the first two children and was a healthy 8 1/2 stone. after having another two children I am 10 stone 2lb, he knows I am not happy, I am not confident, he prefers curvy BUT prefers me happy!

I am not aiming to lose enough weight to warrant a new size of clothes, just fit in the ones I have COMFORTABLY. However, if I did....I would eBay them instead to raise money for my new wardrobe :)
