Yeah it's a great point and very much the way I was thinking about it - just around 100 per day for the rest of the week. I think that's pretty doable. My maintenance is roughly 2300 depending on the calculator I use and based on experience to this point.

Thanks everyone. I realized the other day that I've actually lost 50% of my starting weight. It's not really about the scale anymore so I didn't notice at first. Half the man I used to be... haha.

I'm the same way so I budget calories for that time of day. Same thing for later in the night where I always want to eat - I just budget the calories.
