IMO, if one has done everything possible to get rid of the excess skin naturally and have the disposal money to so, then why not? We use advances in medicine and science to enhance other aspect of our lives, who am I to judge someone for using it for cosmetic reasons when it is not hurting anyone else.

Both, but getting your diet on track is the most important. I get my recommended calorie and macro intake from iifym.com and my workouts from bodybuilding.com

No weight training. What I end up doing, that depends on how I feel; yoga, walks, or being a coach potato because I'm hungover. More importantly, rest days (Sundays) are my meal prep days.
