Meringues will go soft if they absorb any moisture from the air, so they have to be totally sealed off - I recommend an airtight container, plus a layer of plastic wrap over the top before you put the cover on.

Hey just found this - I also eat kosher and while I don't find that a challenge at all, I would say it's big Shabbat/holiday meals that are the problems. You guys? P.S. Would love some kosher/Shabbat observant friends - I think it's really a whole other ballgame, dieting-wise. Thanks!

Hi y'all. I'm 5'2", 24 years old, SW 226, CW 215, GW 130-140. Been at it seriously about a month. I've swung back and forth before, at my lowest was probably 190ish. I'm very determined right now but still scared I'll lose track and let things go. Could use some friends/motivators along the way!
