I’m in! I would love to get back to running (well jogging). It is a busy month for me especially the last couple of weeks, plus I am just starting my running journey again so I will set a moderate goal. I think I would like to run 30km this month.

Thank you! Yes, maybe it was water weight. I couldn’t weigh in yesterday as I was travelling, but this morning my weight is happily back to 59.3. Will watch my food carefully and hope for the weight to start dropping soon!
