  • For the Beet and Acorn Challenge Point. I generally try to find higher protein substitutes for foods that I enjoy. Some examples are protein bars instead of sweet snacks and Greek yogurt instead of ice cream. I even bought an ice cream maker so I can experiment. :smiley:
