Can you correctly identify the exact timing of when the adverse effect start to occur? Your also suggesting that the OP does not know when to stop. Not only that, but the advice affects doesn't occur because of lack of food, ( well death and organ failure) but hair and nails comes from lack of nutrients.

It really depends on, how much your eating (How reliable ) and how much you are burning ( again How reliable) The bigger the deficit, the quicker the weight loss.

Never apologize, don't just like my advice, so it My two goals is this : burn 500 calories using HRM and increase by 10 seconds I went from 1.13 miles to 2.05 miles. I went from 24 min to 36 min I went from 2.min to 4.30 min Small goals = BIG results

It also depends on what they eat as well. - hamburger and a Coke/Pepsi it may not seem as much, but at 700 calories per meal could add up.

I am not to sure I agree wit your statement If I eat at a maintenance of 2000 and I burn off 500 to 700 calories but I don't eat back the calories, are you suggesting that example is less advantage of just eating deficit ate 500 to 700

If you have urge to eat, then have some celery and / or carrots. / Cheese sticks. The other option is to increase your protein with a protein shake, and see if that helps.
