  • Thanks for all the great ideas. Reading through all the suggestions, I'm realizing its a boredom thing. I'm not hungry, I'm bored. My schedule has recently changed, I normally work 2 or 3 jobs but right now I'm only working one so I'm home earlier at night. Last night my volleyball group started playing again and I had no…

  • @KATRENAJ you may not have dropped a lb, but you didn't gain any either. Plus getting your sugars down...Awesome job!! Sounds like you have a lot going on, but your handling it. Keep up the good work!
  • @SammyKlingler walking a puppy is a work out. Push your self a little more with it. Change your pace...Walk at a faster pace for a min+ then your normal pace for a min+ and back up to that fast pace. You could also increase your distance or tackle some big hills.
  • @KATRENAJ Glad to see your back. Sounds like a beach vacation is exactly what you needed. Don't worry about that 2.6 lbs... Vacations are suppose to be worry free and that 2.6 will come off quickly. Figure out a routine for planning your meals and you'll be right back on track. Set your self a mini goal this week...…

  • " You are not shy. You are tall or short. You’re blonde or brunette or a fiery redhead. You are funny, clever, kind or maybe quick witted. Those are things which you are. Your shyness is just something hiding who you are, and it’s removable." Came across this inspiring post about How to be Confident and thought I would…

  • @kakolimukherjee73 Welcome to the group. I'm a newer member but I gotta say this group is great. Very active and lots of great advice. I'm on the same roller coaster as you. I would recommend just taking it one day at a time. I have found the most success by changing a few small things here an there and they turnout to…
  • Thanks for the on the go dinner ideas.
  • Does anyone have certain healthy go to's from fast food or convenience stores when they are on the run? I keep picking up unexpected work shifts that I didn't plan for so I get stuck eating in my car from one job to the next. Lately when this happens I've been picking up a sandwich but I'm looking for more suggestions.
  • @canyonGeek never too late to start. I do it as a hobby and side job. Do you have any volunteer EMS or Fire agencies near you? Contact them and see about observer time.
  • Hey guys, I fell off the band wagon and have done an awful job at logging in. I need to make my self accountable and I think joining a group challenge will help. Is it too late to join the Think Spring Challenge?
  • @jules81 welcome to the group. I'm new here too but the motivivation and support these group members give each other is fantastic. Plus they are extremely welcoming. @raindogmaa Some times you just got to eat the cake and enjoy life. Eat healthy the rest of the day and remember how sick all that sugar made you feel and it…

I had a bit of a hiccup through the holidays but I'm back at it and looking for an active group to participate with. You guys seem like you have a great support system and I'm hoping I…
