  • Hi I forgot to update on Monday. SW:8/12:205lb CW:10/2: 195 lb 10/9: 196 lb I gained a pound which kinda brought me down I didnt have a good week went over calories plus pms. But I'm going at it this week hopefully I can lose 2lb.
  • Gaining 1 or 2 lbs is not that obvious in my opinion but I guess the shape of the body matters and every woman expierences pms differently I only know because I weigh myself.
