If it's not for an allergy or intolerance, don't remove it. Or, remove it and don't replace with GF alternatives. GF alternatives are generally worse from a macro/micro perspective. Just seems like eating GF has become trendy, as if swapping Strohman for Udi's is somehow healthier.

All these people all so in control of themselves that they can say with absolute certainty how they'd have reacted and having such clarity about a situation they weren't in. Fascinating.

My go to is sparkling water and low sugar cranberry juice.

I just spend $2400 on a used set of 5-100 dumbbells and feel zero guilt. They maintain their value and its money invested, not spent.

Bring snacks. Tasty snacks.

Chikken bewbs. So macros! Many flexibility! Such cheap!

What I found it did for me was it helped me come to expect to have a low weigh in on Saturday AM after having great diet adherence since Monday and conversely to expect a high weigh in on Monday after consuming higher calories on the weekend. That resulted in the ability to REMOVE any emotional response to the scale, which…

Beef and potato stew? If you have access to a 120V outlet, these are great to warm up stuff in plastic containers. I use one in my truck bc I'm often on the road. Takes about 45 mins, but...…

I feel like you're overthinking this. On leg day, just keep pre-lift cardio brief so you save energy.

2 scoops of protein powder, a cup of whole milk, a banana, a serving of PB and ice. Blend and repeat as needed.

I like to cook a bunch of rice and a family pack of chicken on the weekend. Then I can make a variety of meals using that as a base. Add some beans, salsa, shredded cheese, lettuce, etc for a burrito bowl Or Hummus, feta, tomato, cucumber, olives, greek yogurt and greek dressing for Mediterranean Or Curry sauce, peas and…

For maintenance and the beginning of a cut, I am flexible with my food choices as long as it fits my macros. But, as I get leaner, I switch to more of a "broscience" diet. For me, it's about how my brain is wired. I don't go to the "broscience" diet of chicken, rice, broccoli, etc because I think it's superior, but…

I probably have less than 10 days in a year where I'm more than 10k, lol.

How they treat people that aren't in a position to give them anything in return.

Because we're all giving suggestions, the OP can sort through what would apply to their situation and select/disregard. We don't need to referee other suggestions that we don't like; they're not directed towards us. I agree completely with "different strokes".

Amen.

I think it's viewed as obsessive, or inherently indicative of an eating disorder/body image issue. I can sort of understand that, but even if I was a millionaire I'd still have a budget and keep track of my money because financial stability is important to me and can be lost a lot easier than gained. Same goes for your…

I was saying you not wanting your wife to train you is your opinion with the regards to a wife training their husband. OP's literally asked for help. Training is help. Ok, let me flip flop on what I suggested. 1. Don't make any suggestions as to what food he should eat or how much. 2. Don't do anything active together. 3.…

It actually still is your opinion, just sayin'. And the OP's husband was asking for help so a feeding schedule and treats for good behavior might just work lol (Relax, I'm only half serious.)

If you're secure in your relationship, it won't feel like you HAVE to earn it but it can add a fun dimension. I know my wife would be willing anytime but if she said "after you've done X, I'll do Y" I'd be off and running. Not because I think that's the only way it would happen, but it would still be motivating. I didn't…

Also your opinion...

All of these are your opinions, not fact.

He asked for her to help him, not to be pointed to an app where he can do it on his own. He is all but asking to be held accountable.
