If it's not for an allergy or intolerance, don't remove it. Or, remove it and don't replace with GF alternatives. GF alternatives are generally worse from a macro/micro perspective. Just seems like eating GF has become trendy, as if swapping Strohman for Udi's is somehow healthier.

All these people all so in control of themselves that they can say with absolute certainty how they'd have reacted and having such clarity about a situation they weren't in. Fascinating.
