I normally go on a few overseas trips a year, and while I do log all my calories while abroad, and generally, without exception, go over my macros, I find that my weight stabilises eventually. When I travel I do a LOT of walking - more so than I do while at home.. I make a point of finding gyms close to where I am, and…

Your inability to lose weight is due to eating too much.. Potassium doesn't play a role in this.

It's cool bro, I'm bulking.

I don't know where you are, or whether it's accessible to you, but I buy Chobani greek yogurt. The plain one, 0% fat. 0 fats, 10 carbs and 10 proteins per 100 grams of yogurt.

depends on what you buy, really. if you eat a couple of packs of flour and a tub of butter a day you'll get pretty huge, i imagine..

Start now. The more you delay it, the longer it'll take to achieve your goals.

before cooking. 100 grams of uncooked lentils will weigh a lot more when cooked. the weight of cooked food will depend on how it's cooked, and how long it's cooked for.

i don't do cardio at the moment, but when i'm losing weight, i usually do things like spin classes.. sometimes i venture into other group fitness classes .. more often than not, i do a 30 minute HIIT session, or sprint work on the treadmill (ie, run as fast as you can for 30 seconds, jog for 30 seconds, repeat for 30…

I'm a scientist by day, and a skydiving instructor by .. weekends..

if you can't afford food, why are you buying protein shakes?? eat a tin of tuna. Much cheaper, less calories, similar proteins. if you're stressing about gaining weight, just eat less!

The other day I had 1420 calories for breakfast.... I felt so happy.

you're eating too much.

Strength training is very personal. How many calories you burn will depend on so many variables (down to how much you weigh on that particular day, how much rest you take between sets, etc..) Cardio is similarly subjective, and I dare to say that the calories this app says you've 'burned' during any given session could be…

depends on what i'm doing. When I try to lose weight, then yes - I meticulously log everything. Spices, vegetables, even my pre/intra workout, and my sugar-free energy drink. If I eat out, I overestimate macros and portion sizes, and if I am eating at a restaurant, I add at least 10ml of oil to my logged calories, just in…

Lots of crunches and planks, apparently.

I normally eat prior to working out as well. Normally a bowl of oats, a banana and a protein shake, depending on what the workout is. If I'm going for a massive PR, a heavy squat or deadlift, I will often treat myself and have 3 or 4 donuts .. my mind associates donuts and the upcoming heavy lift and gets me ready.. All…

in case nobody has said this: weigh it raw. the weight of the cooked pasta will depend on how long you cook it for, so the final measurement will always be subjective. weigh it raw, then cook to your heart's content.
