  • Well I was particularly active today , I'm not that far under every day. I've still had plenty to eat. My diary is open so you can see. I'm 30, female, 5 ft 4, 14 stone 11 so I have a lot to lose. Some days I eat more some days less but I never go over my allowance and fit bit adjusts it according to my activity.
