Remembering a slightly drunk conversation hubs was having last night, in which he adamantly insisted that HIS woman is the best woman in the world, hands down. Lets see how the Mr. feels after his amazing lady is unemployed for a month again! B) ..I think I may have to get him drunk more often!

Don't stop eating fruit. Fruit isn't bad for you!! Eating too much, and not moving enough....that is usually the biggest problem when trying to lose weight.

LOL~ I always just consider midnight the end of one day and the beginning of the next...I'd input for the next day, but really it doesn't matter...it all balances out

Food scale. It's the only way to know for sure how much you are truly eating.

All the time. I'm shamed for working out, shamed for eating the foods I do and for not eating the foods I don't..family, friends, coworkers...you name it. It's a thing. Just gotta learn to stick your chin in the air, and remember that you are better off for your choices than they are for theirs.

ACK!!! You get a pass, as you're probably still reeling from your Friday nite! (What toy did you get??!!) Right now I'm quietly drinking my tea, waiting for hubs to get up....waiting for my son and his girl to crawl out of the basement....and hoping all of them DONT get up for another hour!! Is that awful?!!

I would absolutely change your rate of loss to a lower, more sustainable number. I have mine set to lose .5 a week. It has been a slow process, but I've lost over 70 lbs this way in the last 2 years, and very rarely am I hungry. I don't feel deprived, as I still eat all the things I love (specially ice cream!).

Get up and walk...move your body. Don't feel like a loser. That doesn't help, and doesn't burn any calories at all. If it's 3pm there now, and you still have dinner to worry about, I suggest going for a walk or jog, to make room for the next meal. Don't NOT eat, whatever you do!

I don't think I have many bad habits to worry about these days. Except maybe worrying. I worry about everyone and everything...all the time. Insomnia loves worry....So I guess that's a habit I would like to break!
