I wouldn't eat vegan cheese every day just for the calcium, there are far healthier options but for every now and then it's ok.

Chia seeds are an excellent source of calcium! Also fortified OJ and tofu. I drink Silk soy milk.

Same thing I eat almost every morning. 1 cup oats, 1 cup blueberries, 1 tbsp each ground flax and chia seeds and 1 cup of soy milk. Eaten like cereal:) Yum.

When someone makes a habit of bingeing, every time they do it they make that habit stronger. You can stop restricting and still binge because it's an ingrained habit. Check out the book Brain Over Binge by Katheryn Hansen.

This is not to be rude, I am just curious. You say you have been vegetarian for 5 years, because of the treatment of animals. You seldom eat cheese, milk or eggs but you do sometimes. If you are against the terrible treatment that the animals endure, why do you consume these products at all?
