I'm 5'9" and looking to lose around 20lbs and MFP put me at 1,200 a day. I put down that I was "sedentary" but that's because I have a desk job and sit a lot. I workout like 5 days a week though so maybe I did that wrong??

Good idea to add more veggies to it. You never know if something will work for you until you try and Panda Express is SO good! I do Sun Basket every week and it's pretty decently priced plus you can get some good coupons online for even more of a discount. Good luck to you!

I have a Peloton but also use the app with my Fire Stick and stream workouts on my TV. I like it a lot. However, I'm pretty sure the monthly membership is more than that.

I have been drinking Shakeology for a couple years and absolutely love it. It's delicious and more nutritious than most shakes out there. Shakeology is amazing for the superfoods and nutrients it contains. I haven't found anything else that tastes as good or fills me up as much and I've tried a lot! Sorry, no other suggestions on shakes for you. I've been an avid Shakeo drinker for a couple years.
