  • Starting Insanity again today too. I've done it before and I toned up a bit but I was eating junk most of the time so I didn't lose like I wanted. I've cleaned up my diet this time: here we go!
  • I made egg salad w an avocado instead of mayo for lunch today. About 1/4 of an avocado w a boiled egg, I threw in some onion, celery, and romaine lettuce plus a dash of pepper on a wheat tortilla. It was delicious!
