Yesterday I was on the recumbent bike at the gym. It was the first time I didn’t feel the need to put a towel or my arms over my jelly belly while I exercised!!

Oh man, the late night snacking is so hard! Kudos to you for recognizing the problem and working on it! Don’t feel ashamed- you are making progress!
