  • I get about 7-7.5 a night usually. Sometimes continuous but rarely do I sleep through the night. Pre-kids I couldn’t function with under 7 hours but now I’m pretty good with 7 hours. I think it depends on how you feel on the amount of sleep you are getting not necessarily how much sleep you get
  • Sounds good! Thank you!
  • Is there a link to this?
  • I’m in! This seems realistic and I’m in desperate need for motivation and accountability. I started Hello Fresh today and I’m hoping that will take the guess work out and the temptations will be lessened.
  • Feel free to add me too. Tracking everyday and always looking for inspiration.
  • I’ve just started again so I’m in need of support and motivation too! My husband is a nurse and nursing is a great field to get into. But it’s tough and the coursework is hard. Best of luck to you!
  • I’m 9 lbs down with 20 to go. And I’ve been at it for two years. I need all the accountability I can get!
  • This is my method too. If it's a dish I eat frequently, then I go through the process of adding the recipe. I also don't have a ton of time to log food so it's a pain in the *kitten* for me to do all the detailed additions. Note: I don't have the weight loss to back up this theory so I may need to become more precise in my…
  • Just made my first meal in it: meat loaf and mashed potatoes. I love One Pot Meals and this one worked beautifully. I got the 8 qt and it is a little too big for my space but I got a great deal on it. I'm really looking forward to creating some freezer meals for it.
  • I have officially exercised for at least three days a week for the past two months. I haven't done that in 5 years since before I got pregnant with my first child. It feels so great to be active again. I even wore shorts today and my shirt stayed down and my muffin top didn't sabotage all of the over-the-head dance moves!…
  • Following. I've never heard of this! I know I need to add strength training to my exercise regimen and I don't really know how to get started.
  • Slowing losing 25 lbs myself. I have two kids, my son is just about to turn 2 in a couple of months and I am the same weight as I was right after having him. I'd love some support for what seems like a small amount of weight to lose but has been pretty damn hard to get rid of!
  • Following. I have a 4 year old and a 1 year old and their snacks are hard to resist so I need to have something different.
  • Another way to look at it is, do you enjoy walking? Is it improving your mood? These are things to keep in mind too. I'm not sure if I'm actually losing weight but I'm changing the way I deal with stress by eating better and exercising and I've seen results in my mood and the way I am with my family. I'm losing inches too…
  • Congratulations on the new baby! How old is the baby now? My children's snacks (I have a 4 year old and almost 2 year old) are so easy to just munch on. Goldfish are my downfall. I've stopped buying certain things because I know they're too easy to eat. We have a lot of fresh fruit that I add to yogurt and I'll make myself…
  • Post dinner time is always my downfall. I just ate an apple with peanut butter and it definitely hit the spot.
  • I'm almost 32 and have an 18 month old and I've lost almost all the pregnancy weight but I've got 10 lbs to lose. The same 10 lbs I've been trying to lose for about 7 years. Feel free to add me and we can chase our toddlers together!
  • I am pumping at work and nursing at home. I wish I could just nurse because even though I was okay with pumping before I went to work, I'm so sick of it now. If I never have to wash another flange (or even hear the word flange) in my life, I could die happy. So, I would EBF with the occasional pumping session if I wanted…
  • My baby girl hated tummy time until we started putting her up on the boppy pillow. My daughter hated being cradled by the time she was about three weeks old and would scream if she was cradled. So she got a lot of practice holding her head up, looking over my shoulder. Much less cuddly but she has a nice strong neck now.…
  • Just remember that you don't see what everyone eats all day and that everyone is different. What might be right for someone else's body may be completely wrong for yours. Also, even if someone doesn't eat that much, and they are thin, that doesn't mean that they are healthy. Mostly just try to keep improving your…
  • My baby is just 4 months old and I work full time so I'm just now starting to figure out how to do this. I just made breakfast burritos last night while my mom watched the baby and we use the crock pot. One thing that has helped is we have a set menu each week and we have certain food on certain days so there's no trying…

  • It happened over the course of a day. I work up with normal big boobs and by dinner time, I had Pamela Anderson's boobs. And they were full and tingly. They still get tingly when I haven't nursed/pumped in a while. You'll also be able to tell because you'll be able to hear your baby swallow much more loudly than before.
  • I'm also a FTM and my little girl is 3 months old now. I'm also EBF, which is SO hard at the beginning because adults aren't meant to function on 2 hours awake/2 hours asleep scheduling. At three weeks my little girl was up every 3 hours at night and every two during the day. And it would take almost 45 minutes to nurse…
  • I'm right there with you. My baby is 3 months old and I'm eating so much, about 2200+ calories a day and I'm still hungry. If you look at this website though, it tells you what to expect from breastfeeding and the timeline of how much your baby is supposed to eat as he/she gets older.…
  • Hello! My baby is 3 months old, I'm EBF and I have lost about 20 lbs but I have 15 lbs to go. My appetite is big since I've been BF and I was hoping I would be one of the lucky ones who loses weight while breastfeeding. Not so far. I'm kind of sucking at eating well right now because I just went back to work, and baby is…
  • Congrats to Beezbee I believe! I've got less than two weeks till my due date but given that this is my first baby, it could be later. I have a cold right now, so I'm hoping she gives me another few days to get over it so I can actually breathe through my nose!
  • Yeah, that would be my guess too. Feels like very sharp stabbing pains. I think it means that the baby is getting bigger and that your baby's head is starting to getting settled into position for delivery. But it sure does hurt!
  • This is why I've been sleepin on the couch for the past few nights. I get so hungry but I can't fit too much in my stomach so I end up just being unable to breathe and horribly uncomfortable. Almost there though; 37 weeks this week!
  • Totally and completely D.U.N. Done. I'm so *****y right now. I've decided to stick with it though because it prevents my co-workers from asking me for things.
