  • Still here, I have been holding steady at about 204 for a couple of months, it seems to be where I am supposed to be. Clothes fit great and I still have tons of energy for workouts!

  • Great work getting here, the progress will continue, just stick with it. Do you drink artificial sweetners, hum or mints during your fast. I am starting to read about how these can trigger insulin production and stall weight loss.

My OMADs are not small either, I eat a pretty hefty meal, but my body has really adjusted to the One meal, so it is really a habit now.   • Last week was my first extended fast, and it worked like what you did. I just listened to my body, and ate when I became hungry. It also came a day after I slipped up on OMAD, so I think we had plenty of fuel the next day! Keep up the great work.
