I guess it works if a person over eats due to hunger. I did develop tolerance to it very quickly, and that nulled the effect. If emotional eating is the problem, it won’t help at all. Your constant agitation sounded even harder to live with than extra weight. Big congrats on figuring it out! It’s so much easier to eat healthfully when you feel good. Great start on the scale, too!

I’m 53 and have lost 33 lbs since September. I have my cals set 1200, and I feel free to eat back my exercise cals too (usually an additional 200 per day from a 4-5 mile walk). That’s tough to do, congrats! But if you find you’ve just gotta have something, try tootsie pops or some other sucker. I’ve done that through stressful situations, or just times when people usually eat, like at movies. Has really helped and saved tons of calories. Hope your stress levels go down soon.

Flew this weekend, first time since 30 lb loss. Crossed my legs in the middle seat, ha! Also able to rest my head on my arms on the tray and catch a nap, haven't been able to do that 20 years :)
