  • I have lost a pound this week so i will keep doing the walking exercises and increase to doing them 3 times a day as well as getting a walk in where i can. Good luck everyone.

  • Not good put on a pound but I guess its Easter eggs and cake. I must try to be a good girl but with kids giving me 3 big eggs it's hard.

I have been through dementia with my mum fir 10 years in a home it was terrible, then last year she passed away. my 14 year old cat passed awsy my 7 year old dog passed away a bad year then my husbands diagnosis and his care has been hard. He doesn't want me to talk to councillors but it's hard

  • Completed my day 7 Hot my water goal and fruit target. This week aim is to eat more veg. Day I had tomatoes, celery but that was all so need to have more tomorrow.
