Paying attention to serving sizes to start. In the past I would just eat until my stomach was full (and even continue eating after that sometimes!) When I lost 60-70lbs the first time I would eat a lot of soups(with or without oyster crackers/saltines), chicken breast with yellow mustard(the mustard has no calories and is…

I got comfortable, stopped caring, plus for awhile I liked being looked at as just another person who doesn't take care of herself. Never really wanted the attention - it made me even more self conscious. But the attention now is even worse, I've come to realize. at least before people would look at me because I was…

I was always heavier. 5'8 1/2 and always over 200lbs. One day I just decided to drop down, and got down to 170 before getting pregnant. Somewhere between a 60-70lb loss total. I was a lot happier but my confidence was still meh. Now that I'm even bigger than I ever was, I look at those pictures and think DAMN that girl is…

I am 5'8 and look pretty great at 170-175. I have a pic of me at that in my profile. However, I am aiming for 160ish and toning it up this time around.

Only 3lbs? Muscle muscle. Your tummy looks a lot smaller.

Huge difference in your arms/stomach! You look great. :)

I eat what I want to eat in moderation and that's what works for me. If I had a cheat day usually it would turn into a few bad days and then I'd lose a lot of progress. I agree that bumping up your calories one day a week is a good way to kick start your metabolism and help prevent plateaus, but only if that works for you.…

If you can't drink without going overboard or binging (if I drink too much I like to cook amazing food) well you shouldn't drink at all. But if you can do it in moderation, you can work it into your diet. :) Cheers

Congrats! I can't wait to pull some of my jeans out and fit into them again. I have so many pairs of them, and refuse to buy those "mommy jeans" just to feel comfortable being bigger.

You look beautiful! You are an inspiration to me. Thank you for sharing your journey. :)

That's just wonderful! Good work losing. I hate the idea of buying middle weight clothes. I just want to have my fat clothes and my healthy weight clothes.
