Would it be easier to take a picture of the chart and post it?

The last time I was in the hospital (2013), they did not have anything like what you are describing. I remember eating pancakes and chicken strips. Driving to the hospital, parking in the ramp, making my way through the building to the cafeteria.....this seems like it would take up a lot of time.

There are some people who are unaware of their size. My 500 lb BIL insists that he is just "big boned" for example. It does happen. Not saying this excuses what the personal trainer did. The lady should have bought two seats. Same as air travel. If you use two seats/spaces, pay for them.

I've known people who would return a half eaten piece of fruit, claim it was spoiled and get their money back. Not a bag, just one piece.

I echo a PP who recommended that you take a look at all your insurance coverages.

Perhaps they are different flavors of Oreos. And she did say they would likely be gone within the week. No chance to go stale.

My husband offers me food all the time. He's being considerate by inquiring about my wants and needs. I either say no thanks or adjust the rest of the days totals and fit it in. Not a big deal.

It's water weight. Don't get discouraged when it slows down. Stay the course. Congrats on the loss.

On the zucchini cup entry, you can add it and change the serving size to whatever you like - oz, grams, cups, etc.

Interesting. It doesn't seem like that would be worth the administrative costs.

Do you have a strength training routine? That will help get you what you want to see in the mirror.

Weigh your foods. Log. Stick to your calorie goal. That's all you need to do to lose weight.

I haven't read the whole thread, but if this were my toddler, she would fill up on the Oreos first. Since she doesn't eat much at one sitting, it's possible that she wouldn't touch the sandwich or cheese. So no, her nutritional needs would not be met if all three things were put in front of her.

Or look for a beginner's running group

Just planted some in my new garden. Calypso beans!

This is what I was going to suggest. Find a beginner's running group.

Log. No matter how bad it is, log it. Every day.

If nutrition wasn't important at my kids' daycare, i would find a new daycare.

Produce is often listed in its plural form - apples, oranges, peas

Sounds like he doesn't really want it. My suggestion would be to let it go. He'll put in the work when he is ready.

I have a cup of Hot Cocoa once in awhile as an evening snack. It's 60 calories for a cup.
