  • I am 34 yrs old. I weigh 182 lbs. I got to my lowest at 157 while marathon training. I would love to get back to that again. I am very active-just completed an Olympic Tri but I dont think I am getting in a "fat burning" range in terms of my workouts. I am cutting out bad carbs this week and seeing if that helps. I am also…

  • When you have to run so many miles (9 tonight) that it becomes dark out by the time you are done but you are ok with that because it is calming When you dont sleep the night before a 18 mile run and excitedly get up at 5 am to do it! LOL

  • Shuntae--reading your post just makes me so proud of you and all of us that are C25K graduates and how our conversations how evolved from "how are we going to really run 5 minutes straight?" to "what race are we going to run next?" I have had several "little" moments lately where I have gotten to realize how much has…
  • Got in 8 miles today really early this morning! Felt great to be able to do so well by myself. I def find it really easy to run with the group so I was proud of myself for running the whole time. It is such a pleasure to run in the morning: beautiful scenery, nice light, friendly awake people not in a rush! Def enjoyed it!

  • Did 3 miles today at race pace--took a minute of my 5K time I did in June. Mentally I want to be going so much faster but not really doing any work to get faster:ohwell: Julie-If you know that it will hurt you to run the 13 miles-dont do it. You already know that you can run the distance. Let yourself be rested and then…
