  • I had a really stressful week and had to keep reminding myself to eat.... Usually I overeat when stressed but without junk food sitting around I aparently have the opposite problem. Sw: 168 Today: 164.5 Ps goal weight: 161 goal of the week: at least 3 fruits/ veggies every day.

  • I never eat "junk" when I'm hungry. If I start craving ice cream of chocolate or something, I eat something high protein/high fiber first and down a glass or two of water. After that I'll indulge... but I can't binge nearly as much if I'm already full.
  • part of me wants to start carrying around a car tire to remind myself that I actually HAVE lost weight and DON"T look like I did a few months ago :P PS: yes my tracker says I've lost 14 pounds right now, but I stupidly weight at that time of the month...   • If I'm really hungry, I let myself have as many veggies as I want. Carrots, bell peppers, green beans ect... I figure, if my body is REALLY hungry, then the veggies wil be good for it, and if I'm not hungry enough to eat plain veggies, then I'm not really hungry
