  • Had three days of no “workouts” due to work. Just stretching throughout. But today!....30 min yoga, 30 min stairs/calisthenics, 40 min full body dumbbells.
  • Hmmm, not sure about that ^.... same volume, perhaps not same intensity? Depends? Good question. Back to work!... therapeutic massage for 5 hrs. I’m gonna be wiped out, haven’t done it for two months. I should and will do some stretches later today but that’s it!

  • I feel better about eating eating crisps (potato chips) when I have with low- fat cottage cheese - balances the micronutrients. Sometimes I’ll add either hot sauce or berries for a flavorful antioxidant-ish twist. And ngp always tells me they are low in saturated fat - which is very good. Same with French fries!

  • Enchiladas and taquitos galore followed by fresh cake with butter cream frosting - any flavor really.

  • Yest: calisthenics & ultimate frisbee. Today: yoga / dumbbells / abs. (I’ve lost 1 # and can see more muscles everywhere - nice to see results. :).
  • Oh how I do miss the appalachians! 🧡. I have no recommends because it’s been 23 years since I’ve needed any real hiking equipment to hike - I now live on a small island so all short 2 hr hikes at max. Can say that I’m not found of hiking boots so usually wear sneakers, and my other half prefers Merrill’s hiking shoes.

  • @Shortgirlrunning I’ve been interested in barre but the prices of classes has always made me just not take it up. I’d love to know how your results are. :).

  • Wrap in paper and give away or just slip it in theme trash ;). Can you tell I’m not found of jicama. I’d make it spicey and fry it - almost everything tastes good fried.
