I think the new low cal ones are coming soon @Lillymoo01 - I saw it advertised on insta today (where I got the pic from) I like the no sugar vanilla and salted caramel ice-cream, it's a cheaper alternative to halo top/fro pro etc.
I tried Chobani fit.... Hated it. It wasn't sweet enough, or flavourful enough and I thought the texture was weird. Not sure why they need to add rice starch etc to it... I'll just stick to my woolies skyr with protein powder! I just saw these advertised... Another addition to the frozen dessert collection

Don't use "not knowing what to do" as an excuse to not go to a gym - there are trainers at gyms, there is a mountain of resources…
Green beans? Hardly a "go to" for increasing protein. If the op was eating similar meals, they could increase protein by changing rice for quinoa. Adding beans (not the green vegetable variety) and legumes would also bump up protein.
I don't. I go out of my way to convert entries i use to show total carbs. Please don't generalise To get your diary to show net carbs, use net carb entries. Easy. Net carbs has never been advertised as a premium feature. Perhaps doing better research in to things you're going to pay for before handing over any money would…
