  • I have the same problem.... if I gain a pound or two, you can bet it will be in the belly region.... I've asked and asked about how to get rid of it... the answer cardio.... constantly... takes a long time since it goes from the inside out. Don't give up... it is possible... just takes time.

  • I think it is the combination that you eat.... when you eat right, your body rewards you. I found when I eat healthy, I don't get as hungry when I eat junk....   • I check my digital periodically with a 10 lb weight... If you don't have that... take a 5 or 10 lb bag of sugar or flour and check it. If you use the same one over and over it will show the weight loss... even it it is not your correct weight - or check it against your Dr's scale and set it.

  • I don't know which is the right way... but I turn mine off after I finish exercising (do leave it on for the minute or so that I stretch after... but I figure after the workout everything else is counted as everyday activity. PLUS would rather go lower in calorie burn so I don't think I have a bunch of exercise calories…
