I did however have ice cream at 7:40 I had a really sore throat and thought it would help it did and I didn't go over my calories still had 157…

  • Ok so I ate my breakfast and have gotten all my water in today so far.. I work for a dentist so it is hard for us to get any exercise in during the day except when we get home... But me and another girl have been doing stair steps everyday and for 10 min of doing this I burn 100 calories so I have set a goal for me next…
  • I have taken my before pictures as well and won't even let my husband look at them..... Had my breakfast now starting on my water... Lisa that is awesome woth the calories you burned...

  • i know I love the pizza but when I ate it last week I should have had a greek salad instead of the 3 slices I had.... And last night I went over by 200 which makes me so mad I have been so good on my calories and then boom went over....

  • I have found if I make all my breakfast stuff on Sunday I can just grab and go. Itis so much easier then I am not tempted to go through a fast food place.

  • I got all my water in yesterday plus some. I hope tomorrow when I weigh in I will see some weight loss. Last during all of my shows during the commercial I did jumping jacks and ab crunch's so I have no idea how many I did but my thighs sure do hurt this morning.. Everyone keep up the good work.
