update. I started back eating a bit more and opening up my diet to more foods and dessert.

Thank you! I cut so much from my diet to lose a few pounds and I think I overdid it. Hoping with adding a few things back and having dessert a few times a week i can get back to a comfortable weight.

Hey there. It took me years. I did alot of weight lifting, high calorie shakes and eating. I am naturally small so it took alot of effort to gain it all. Covid helped because It was alot more time to eat. I ended up getting up to 157. I lost weight and now I want to gain some back

Yes if you go to my profile you’ll see that it’s a mix of both. I’ve maintained a solid physical appearance but also gained some curves. I’m finally 150. I love it. I plan to Continue working out & lifting heavy weights, I don’t think I’d be upset if I bulked up a little more as long as it’s muscle.

Ive been very happy! I have no health issues, besides i am overweight but barely. I love the way my body looks now...sometimes i do feel like i dont see myself for all the weight i have gained, but i get good feedback from others.

update...its been a few weeks and for the most part ive been able to maintain. my work pants are getting a tad tighter, but i dont mind it too much. I think its okay for me to eat a bit more now, since i want to gain some weight ,but still keeping everything else in check how is everyone elses quarantine going

Yes I would have to agree. I wouldn't say that I look overweight....I still get called slim quite often. I do have curves, but I'm overall still pretty small (and completely healthy with regular checkups). I havent been working out much due to all thats going on. But yes, I have alot of muscle. I want to weigh 147 because I felt comfortable at that weight.

I actually wanted to get to a 3 or 4 from a 1. I love the way that I look now, but I would like to be a mix of a 4 and 8...Im pretty toned now, but want a thicker look.
