  • Thank you for doing this! I’m 5’1 and had a start weight of 205 pounds, now I’m close to 180! I struggled with weight all my life but the last six years I really went wild with the binge eating and secret snacking late at night and it’s so nice to finally feel back in control of myself and very heartening to see others…

  • Lush have an amazing anti chafe powder that SMELLS heavenly and has been my life saver during workouts and many a summer. It’s called Silky Underwear. I think they also have creams but haven’t used them so can’t recommend!

  • I am so in! Hoping to lose 4kg in July (about 8lbs) but I’m hoping more! This accountability will definitely help
  • Would it be a good idea to log calories on the Fitbit while we wait for a fix? I like having an accurate diary and without syncing it’s so hard :(
  • My steps and food diary aren’t syncing at all and it’s a real nightmare. I only just got my Fitbit!!! It’s so frustrating :( I hope it fixes soon it’s been down two days for me
  • Ohhh I absolutely hear you!! I think small sustainable changes are the way to go- don’t cut everything out in one go or you won’t be happy and won’t be able to keep it up (I learned this over the years of trying to “behave”) I have the worst work/life balance so I never really get a proper chance to cook, and it can be…

  • Hello, new here :) from south london 🎉
  • Thank you!!! I’ve never done well following a diet as I find they’re sometimes a bit restrictive so I’ve been trucking along on my own trying to eat healthy and maintain a safe deficit! External factors have made his a bit difficult as I started a new dose of medication which suppressed appetite as an unfortunate side…
  • Hey!! You got this! A bad weekend is a bad weekend, write it off. It’s a fresh week and there’s no reason to look back, but all you will do is look back if you give up, and this will stop you moving forward- whatever moving forward means for you. Stay healthy and don’t be so hard on yourself- rooting for you. You are more…
  • Hello and well done for getting to where you are today! Salt and fat are SO hard to cut especially with a busy lifestyle, I totally get that! What type of foods with these contents are you trying to use as your “good thing”? A lot of people on here say the calories in, calories out is what matters for weight loss (and they…

  • Hi Rachel!! I’ll happily be a pal on MFP if you like! I’ve just broken out of the 200s and I’m sure it will happen for you too! You got this and don’t be too hard on yourself!
  • So glad you’re enjoying it!! I think that’s the most important thing apart from challenging yourself is to make sure you are able to have fun along the way! Feel free to add- I’m 9 days into MFP and lost about 3lbs using it, but three weeks into my proper weight loss journey. Cheering you on keep it up 🎉🎉
  • Hello hello from London! Feel free to add for cheery positivity ✨
  • I’ve never thought Of it like that!!! 900 sounds low!!
  • Ooooh thank you for this!!! Those are some amazing analogies that really do help and I appreciate the advice so much!! I don’t think it’s a bad idea to try to eat back a portion of exercise calories and reevaluate in a couple of weeks so I’ll definitely do that and take it on board!
