  • My dad always asks me “Is it ok to have X with X?” or “Is it ok to eat this for dinner?” I always tell him to eat it if he wants to. The food he’s eating doesn’t know what it’s being eaten alongside or what time it is 😊

  • I find that having the support of others who have similar goals to myself helps. We’re all in the same boat, so to speak. I’m part of The Biggest Loser group and I’ve found everyone there to be so supportive, inspiring and so helpful. It’s nice to have people there to spur you on, especially when you’re having a tough day…

  • Yes! I could not believe it. If I remember rightly, the cheeseburger has 301 kcal and the small fries have 237 kcal! I kind of guesstimated that the happy meal had around 350 kcal in total but I was way off. I won’t be doing that again in a hurry 😬
