  • I like to do the Leslie Sansone walking videos. I also do dance videos....my favorite is a Salsa routine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ka8yf1IxM24
  • I used to eat Lean Cuisine, but the sodium is way over what I can have now.
  • For me, Barbaras Multigrain Spoonfuls cereal with protein almond milk
  • For me, it is usually half a tuna sandwich, an apple or banana and a mini candy bar.
  • I have yet to have a Penzeys spice that I do not love. I need to watch the sodium and they have a huge selection of non-sodium choices. I also love their Dutch Process cocoa for baking. We are fortunate to have two locations in my city, but I also do order online.
  • Yep, fine on my Macbook and Android, but not on my iPad.
  • I had my gallbladder removed many years ago. I know what you are experiencing and for me, it has gotten must better. There aren’t particular foods that set me off anymore, but I still do know that when Mother Nature calls, I have to answer right away.
  • You can do it. Each of you can do it! I was very thin and then started gaining weight. I packed on over 100 pounds over a ten year period. I thought I would never get rid of it. I had resigned myself to that. Then my Dr told me that my blood pressure was too high and that I needed to either lose 10 pounds and give up…
  • I just use balsamic vinegar.
  • I love dance, so I love to do a Salsa Routine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GFcf08n-U84&list=PLKnJwqU1r27G7Tjm-09SKPUNbTn_tQGxc
  • I have been in the wine business for many years. In 2014, I decided that I had to make drastic changes in my lifestyle, as I had gained a lot of weight. Not only did I cut calories on my food intake, I decided to not have any alcohol. Again. I am in the wine business, which means that I taste wines almost every day. I…
  • Probably the Goats Cheese Pizza. The Salmon would be good too...without the cream sauce and only eating a small portion of the pasta.
  • It was Game Hen for my table. Appetizers were Prawns with Cocktail Sauce; Flat Iron Steak with Goats Cheese and Habenero Jelly; Manhattans Amuse: Grilled Deviled Egg Soup: Crab Bisque Salad: Red and Green Leaf Lettuce with Radicchio and Chanterelle Mushrooms Entree: Half a Game Hen on Bread Stuffing; Green Beans with…
  • Oakie - How fun to go see Rick Springfield. He is still great! My friend (and former bandmate) used to work for Rick. He was his bass player (you can see him in th Jessies Girl video). How was the show?
  • Those rolls look great! I have made some that are similar looking, but are made with pumpkin. The bad part, one roll is half my day.
  • My morning snack is 8 unsalted roasted almonds (85 calories) and in the afternoon Hummus with either vegetables or 3 La Panzenella crackers.
  • Great to read posts in this thread. I spent most of my adult life being thin and fit. Then I gained far too much weight. Four years ago, I began the journey and within less than one year, I dropped 104 pounds. In the past year, 12 have come back. I would say that they snuck back, but I know where they have come from. So, I…
  • I do unsalted almonds in the morning and hummus and either crackers or vegetables in the afternoon (5PM).
  • I have either Greek Yogurt or Shredded Wheat with Almond Protein Milk.
  • I never had success with peeling boiled eggs. Until this year. I received a egg cooker as a gift. Not only does it cook the eggs fast, they peel perfectly.https://www.amazon.com/Dash-Rapid-Egg-Cooker-Scrambled/dp/B00DDXWFY0/ref=sr_1_6?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1520796891&sr=1-6&keywords=egg+cooker
  • My daily goal is 1410 calories per day. Breakfast - usually Chobani Greek Yogurt (sometimes Shredded Wheat with whole milk) AM Snack - 8 almonds Lunch - Tuna wrap, a piece of fruit, a fun-size chocolate bar. PM Snack - hummus and vegetables Dinner - some type of protein (3 ounces) fish, chicken, beef, pork, etc; salad with…
  • I had my gallbladder removed many years ago. At first, fatty foods and those with too much fiber would send me to the bathroom fast. Coffee was another thing that was a trigger. Over time, that got better and now nothing sets me off. Yay!
  • I am not a protein bar person, but I am in emergency management. So I am always looking for something that is high in protein and easy to put in emergency kits. I found these at an event...they are really good. We showed them at an event and even kids came back for second helpings. https://betsysrealfood.com
  • I eat 8 unsalted roasted almonds everyday as my morning snack. Full of protein and easy to carry anywhere.

  • I have two glasses of wine per night. I am in the wine business, so this is less than most in my biz. @newmeadow...who says that we all drink "cheapskate?" Tonight, the wine I had was $40 a bottle. Not cheapskate.
  • I pre-log some items on some days. If I leave my house in the morning, and know that I have packed a lunch to take on the road with me, I will pre-log it. When I get home, and know what I will have for dinner, I will pre-log that. It allows me to decide what else I may have (such as a cocktail before dinner, or a dessert…
  • I eat tuna (but if you are watching your sodium, as I am, look for "no salt added".) I also carry unsalted roasted almonds as a snack. 8 almonds mind morning, and I am good.
  • I will respectfully disagree with you. I have a mini candy bar with my lunch and some type of dessert item with dinner every day. I have lost 104 pounds.
  • I do not use coconut oil in my food....but I do use it as a moisturizer, hand cream and on cuts and scrapes.
