This should be an image of my Black & decker jig saw as massage gun. The cost of the jig saw varies, but they are available for a lot less than a regular branded massage gun. The rubber ball blade is about $10-$15 and if you have the jig saw, then your cost is only about $15.

Not having read the entire thread, but if your digestive system is working, no constipation, no loose stools, and you are getting 30-60 g of fiber per day, then your microbiome is probably OK.
