  • I would love to shoot for this goal! This aligns very closely to where I am hoping to be a year from now so it will be great to have other people working towards a similar goal. Starting weight as of 2 Jan 17: 238.1 Goal weight: 186.1 Current weight: 235 Total weight lost: 3.1 This week's successes: Downloaded a new meal…
  • I love the Carnation Breakfasts! I recently started using the Herbalife shakes too and from what I can find at first glance, I don't think that they have either of the sweeteners that you are avoiding. The trick is to find something that you enjoy so that you can stick to it. I love the variety that Herbalife offers. I…
  • I am currently 252 and my goal is 175. My daughter is 9 months old and we have just recently started supplementing while she is at daycare. We still nurse whenever we are together. I have my calorie goal set to 1500 and I eat back my exercise calories. My short term goal is to get to 225 by April. My lactation consultant…
  • I just had my daughter in April and we are exclusively breastfeeding. I pump while I am at work and nurse her whenever I am home. I am working out a minimum of 3 times a week and need to lose 5" off my waist by October. Just started back to logging today and hoping to find that sweet spot where I can lose without hurting…
  • I am breastfeeding my 2 month old. My short term goal is to lose 30 lbs by October. I just started logging back on MFP. Need to work to find that sweet spot where I can lose weight but not hurt my supply... still playing with it for now.
  • I am working on getting back on the Paleo bandwagon... easing back into it at this point.

  • 3.5 mile run this morning. I also started following the Active.com Half Marathon Training plan this week. I am loving that it sends me harassing text messages on the days I am supposed to go run! Should help keep me accountable! Happy running everyone. :)
  • Been on a stay-cation this week. Been so busy I haven't been on MFP very much. Looks like I maintained for this week, which is okay for me. Today I braved the cold and took part in a 3.5 mile run. 42 out... brrr! At least it stopped raining before the run started! I am definitely in for the 12 miles this week. I don't…
  • Checking in, did much better on water, 8.5 so far and my bottle is full beside me, so I should hit 10 before I finally crash for the night. I didn't do any squats though. Today was a heck of a day... very busy work day! By time I finally escaped I didn't have an ounce of energy left! :( Tomorrow I WILL do my squats though!…
  • Got in a run on Sunday but I was so busy the rest of the day that I forgot to get on and log. 2 mile run and a .25 mile cooldown. Hoping to get another run in tonight after I get off work.
  • Didn't do a very good job logging this weekend! 75 squats on Saturday, no squats but a 2 mile run on Sunday. Okay on water, but not quite 10 either day I don't think. I will do better on water today since I am back to work. Always easier there since we have a water cooler!
  • That's odd... don't know why it double posted!
  • That is awesome! It is amazing how reliant everyone has become on elevators! Yay for you by breaking out of the norm!
  • Okay, so after I posted my failure for today and tried to lay down for bed... my conscience got the better of me... 50 squats done for today... better then saying I did nothing! Don't think I have another 50 in me for today... but now at least I did something!! LOL
  • Today was a horrible day all around... sigh. I forgot my water bottle at home, got stuck at work almost 2 hrs late so I missed the gym. Just finally getting home and I am getting ready to crash! Tomorrow is bound to be a better day though! I will try and do a few extra squats to make up for today's lack of ambition! I am…
  • Challenge Start Weight CSW: 201 Current Weight CW: 200.25 Challenge Goal Weight CGW: 180 If we move to a different thread I would name it something monthly, I know once you hit a certain number of posts it locks the thread. We might run into that problem if we try to make it to Christmas on one thread, but I think monthly…
  • Are we going to keep using this thread, or make a new one for week 2?
  • I would like to join this challenge. I am working to get my butt in gear for my PT test in November... so I need all the accountability I can get! SW: 217 CW: 201 GW: 180 by the end of the challenge Fitness goals: To build back up to 5 mile runs, to run at least 3 times a week, and to get my 1.5 mile run down to low 15's…
  • This challenge sounds perfect! I have my PT test coming up at the end of November. I have had a no running sort of summer for a number of reasons so it is definitely time to get my *kitten* in gear! I am going to set my goal a bit low and say 35, but mainly because I will only be counting my miles on the track. At this…
  • I'm in. This is a good one for me... I really need to get re-motivated on my pushups so I don't completely lose them before my next PT test!
  • Way to go! I am so glad there is not a convenient coffee shop on the way to base... it makes it so much easier to stay good! I think the people in the office are plotting against me though... my PT test is tomorrow and they brought in donuts AND a Dairy Queen Ice Cream cake! I just sat and watched them all eat it... it was…

  • I typically log religiously through out the week... and the take the weekends off. Not so much from the dieting as a whole, but from the meticulous logging. Still try to be good to a point, but don't feel bad about being a little "bad" either. I found that this helped me stay on track throughout the week. I also found that…
  • That is too funny!!
  • Are you eating back all the extra exercise calories that you are burning now with all the walking? If not you might not be eating enough. Good luck!
