You know I seen the informocial a few days ago and man it really looks like lots of fun and a great way to help lose weight and work out those abs as well.I myself was trying to see if they had it for rent on netflix or something before I even think of buying it.
I hear you girl yestrday was pretty hot ans seemed like I deank more water then eat anything and today I just don't feel all good Im not hungry or anything so not sure what we can do.For me I had to pee all night and still feel the same way.So if anyone has an answer for us that would be awsome lol..Have a great day.
wow I love dancing but have to say ladies by the third song I was dying lol.This was the best workout for me yestrday did 10 songs and going to do the same today I have it set on random so it picks the songs for and each one I do is full version.
Im a morning person so for me the best time is in the morning.It gives me more energy to keep going afterwards and get my errands and house chores done.I did do it in the evening a few times just made me a bit more tired.So it really depends on your schedule on when you can workout.
