Winter is coming, I have tons of jeans, it's just that none of them fit. Initial goal get down to 199 (25lbs to go). Then 10lbs at a time from there until I get down to 170. Then ALL my clothes would fit properly again

Does it count if I'm trying to lose pregnancy weight from 5 years ago?

Weigh in day: Friday Weigh in week 2 PW: 223.6 lbs CW: 224.7lbs A little disappointing...but I'm going to keep on keeping on.

I'm glad I chose Friday for my weigh in day because I gained 5lbs over the weekend! Eeek. I know it's highly unlikely that I gained 5lbs of fat, just water retention and food in my belly. No regrets though, I had an awesome weekend! Back to the grind today.

Great idea! I’m in, let’s do it! Wasn’t planning on drinking today and I’m going to dust off the old treadmill and take myself for a spin. It’s been a while, so I’m hoping to get 3 miles in under 35 mins. Then maybe go for a walk with my mom. We’ll see.
