  • I have heard of people also doing the ranch packets with light sour cream.

  • I I think stores should just keep the mask rules in place. I feel like those people who are unvaxed and don't plan to will go into stores without masks. Stores won't be able to check if each patron not wearing a mask is vaxed. I hope we don't have a resurgence of cases because of the relaxed mask rules.

  • I would suggest you change your fitness profile to active. Go to my home then settings. You can add in more exercise when you are ready and your body has adjusted maybe just exercise on the weekends for now. Try not to do too much too fast and aim for a sustainable lifestyle.

I don't really exercise much and I don't really plan on it because I know that I won't be able to keep it up in the long run.   • I think you are fine. Part of dieting is creating sustainable habits so that means not cutting out all of your favorite foods, but just controlling for the portions.
