  • 😃😃😃REPOST😃😃😃 If you would be interested in contributing to a collective result of everyone's weight loss who posts to this challenge, please feel free to include your name by copying/pasting this. It's not a competition with anyone but oneself. I just think it would be interesting. I'll start: @tdalebar (delete this and…

  • Beautiful shot, and congrats on the new muscle mass! <thinks to self "I wonder how many calories were burned on all those trails">
  • Starting Weight - 302 lbs. Ultimate Goal Weight - 160 lbs. March Goal Weight - 238 lbs. Mar 1: 244.7 Mar 8: 246.4 (danged G.S. cookies) Mar 15: Mar 22: Mar 29: Mar 31: If there's someone here who thinks they can do it, it'd be interesting to know how much weight we all ultimately lose as a whole 😃

  • This is SO cool, I hope there's one for every month. Weigh-in day tomorrow y'all!
  • That losing weight can lose you friends. So many of those people who see you succeeding at shedding the fat and ask "How are you doing it?", and then say they've got to do that too, don't actually want to do it. So then they shy away from you because they're embarrassed. I even had someone with whom I've been acquainted…
  • Fasting today. Not really to make up for anything, I just like I.F. It's easier for me now that I'm 3rd shift.
  • I really like the variety of fasts that Zero offers, up to and including customizing my fasts.
  • First (public) challenge. Let's do this! 💪😆 Mar 1: Mar 8: Mar 15: Mar 22: Mar 29: Mar 31:
  • As my son used to say, "There's only one best way to get and stay healthy, and it's different for every body". Congrats on getting rid of those 19 pounds of fat! :) I'm a 3rd shifter and I do I.F. 20:4. It just seems to fit into my lifestyle. I also try to keep an excess of carbs at bay. I'd rather have my body used to…
  • I've had 3 doctors in my lifetime, not counting the pediatrician I went to as a child. The first one encouraged me to lose weight by overloading me with pamphlets, brochures, Xerox'ed pages out of medical books, even gave me a low calorie recipe cook book. It gathered dust 'til I gave it to the Goodwill store. The second…
  • 23 and Me says I have more Neanderthal DNA than 97% of their customers, so I told myself I'm genetically predisposed to being short and stocky, and blamed my weight on the modern culture of 3 meals a day with gadgets and gizmos to make 21st century life too easy. Also, it was the refrigerator's fault.
  • Good morning soldierhealer21. I work 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. I've found a plan that works, for me anyway. My wife and I had a son who would tell me "There's only ONE BEST WAY to lose weight and get healthy, and it's different for every body." My body seems to react well to intermittent fasting. There are several ways to go about…

  • I know this is already February of 2020, but I actually restarted 4 or 5 months ago after being "off the wagon" since 2018. Would I qualify for your group? I need to be accountable for my actions AND inactions to like minded folk.
  • Hi 🙂 I'm a 3rd shifter who eats after work and goes to bed around 2 pm. When I wake up 9-10 pm I'm never hungry and always too busy at work to eat, but lots of water and 2 or 3 cups of coffee works good for me.
