Am I eating enough?
I've lost almost 50 pounds over a period of 11 months on a 2 pound per week plan. About 5 months ago I added exercise about 4 - 5 times a week doing 30 - 45 minute cardio training (treadmill,bike,elliptical) and now weight lifting.
