Hello to all! I started my weighloss journey at the end of September and so far I am 53lbs down. I work out 6 days a week and try to eat as healthy as I can. Just wanted to encourage anyone who feel like they can’t do it. Once you are ready for change , believe in your self and stay consistent.
What time would you say is the best to stop eating in the day? I get off at 4:30, go home head to the gym by 6:30 and get back home by 9. I feel like 9pm may be to late to eat.
