I plan to keep my calorie intake at the 1200/day mark as it seems to be working well for me. My other plan is to continue using the workout video and biking together so that I can continue to lose weight.
My biggest one is calorie intake and portion sizes. I have used the tracker even when we aren't earning points and it is amazing the amount of calories I was eating without even knowing!!
Recently I have found a recipe site called "Cozi" that allows you to create a calendar with recipes under 300 calories as well as generate a shopping list. I have actually made four of the recipes that are found there and they are delicious!!
I have been preparing my dinners for the week. After work I find myself to be less likely to want to cook something healthy so I take Sunday evening to prep everything.
Mine strategy will be to continue tracking my food and trying to get as many fruits and veggies in as snacks as I can.
