Great job logging everyone! Anyone have any positive changes to share?
Do you pre plan what you are going to eat and pre log it? Do you log in real time as you're eating? Do you log at the end of the day when you're finished eating? Depending on my strictness...I do all 3! Being on vacation it's def end of day and me crossing my fingers that all my activity outweighs all my macadamia nuts ;)
