So out of shape
After having my daughter almost 2 years ago, I've gained almost 40 lbs. I just started a new job and started walking on my lunch. My clothes are looser now. My only issue is that I'm so out of breath when I walk. What do I do? I feeling like a panting dog.

Meals at work
So what would be some good meals to prepare to take to work? I have a sedentary job but I walk on my lunch. I want to make sure that I don't overeat or eat the wrong things. I'm trying to get back on track. Thanks

Fluid Retention
In bed with my feet propped up. My ankles looking like cankles, and toes looking like lil beef smoked sausages. This is why I've been so dizzy and unsteady on my feet.
