Sticking to calorie deficits
Im 5 8 and 207 lbs. My daily calorie limit is roughly 1600 a day to lose 1 lb per week. How to know how many sets & reps to do?
I've always been so confused about this topic. I'm a 23 year old female. I want to lose weight, and gain muscle of course. I know exercises, but I never know what amount of sets and reps I should do. Lost 30 pounds and gaining it back
I did so good losing weight, and now I have gained 15 lbs back. Idk what's wrong with me, or what to do. I can't stay within my calorie limit, and it's a reasonable limit. I did so good with portion control, and now I keep bingeing. It's sad.

Is it more practical to lose 1 pound per week?
I'm 5 8, and if I want to lose 2 pounds per week I have to eat 1200 cals.. If I want to lose 1 pound per week, I can eat about 1700. I'm just so impatient, but I feel like im starving if I only eat 1200 a day. I'm an emotional eater, and I also eat when I'm bored.. What do you guys think??

Having trouble eating recommended calories
I usually do very well, but I have been eating a couple hundred or less calories above my 1700 limit. I want to be able to lose weight effectively, but I just can't seem to stay within my limit! Anybody know of any ways to help me stay on track?

I have been working out 30 mins a day on average. Like 5 days a week. A mix of cardio and strength training. Would it be better to up it to one hour? I live a lightly active lifestyle, and currently consuming 1700 cals to lose 1 pound of fat a week
