hi, i'm trying to lose fat so apparently my bmr is 1300 so im eating 1350 calories (aiming for anyway) and my suggested carbs, protein and fat is 30/40/30 so roughly 100/130/50. But i can't seem to eat enough protein and i have leftover calories, protein and fat a day but too many carbs, even when i cut out high carb…
