Expired Protein Powder
I was wondering how old is too old for protein powder. I have a 60 serving container that I've had just over a year. Should I toss it? Or can I still use it?

Cramping and Soreness
I am wondering if I set my goals too unrealistic. I am currently only taking in about 1,750 calories a day to cut 15 lbs in 6 weeks. I do cardio every day and above moderate strength training 4 to 5 days a week. I am thinking I am not taking in enough to help my recovery. Thoughts?

I'll try anything at this point.
Finally had enough looking the way I do and the lazy lifestyle I've lived the past few years. I used to do two a days while looking and feeling great. I want to get back at it and looking for it to last this time. A motivated community is what I am hoping to find! Add me if you would like the same!
