Burning more calories during period?
I read (in multiple places) that when we're on our period, we burn 100-300 more calories/day and that's why most women have an increase in appetite. How many calories are in salmon?
I just buy the prepackaged frozen ones and it says on the package that it's 100 calories for 4 ounces (I weigh it to make sure it's 4 ounces), but I just googled "how many calories are in 4 ounces of salmon" and it said 236 calories. I eat 1200-1400 calories a day, so that's a huge difference for me. Which one is it?

Leftover calories from weekly deficit?
So say someone's calorie goal is 2000 calories a day but they don't hit that goal at the end of the day all week and end up having 1000 calories left over at the end of the week (not on purpose, just happened).
