A new me wanted
Hi MFP family I am on a mission to l Iose 40kg I am very unhealthy with bad habits I need I the support I can get. I am doing the 5 x 2 started this week. My Doctor advised if I don't lose this weight I will soon become very sick. I have no children for support so I have to stay well. Turning 60 this year
